Cinnamon

Did you know that cinnamon can be used in more ways than baking those sweet cinnamon rolls that we all love? In fact, they were orginally used for medicinal purposes in Ancient China. They had many uses for it such as a tranquilizer, antidepressant, tonic, and it was also used for weak hearts. Some people may think that these uses are invalid because of the lack of scientific understanding that existed in that time period. If you are one of them, then consider the practice of acupuncture. When acupuncture made its way to the United States in 1966, many doctors saw it as a joke and found no reason to take it seriously. Today, the practice is well known and highly praised in this country. Clearly the Chinese were on to something with acupuncture. The same is true for Cinnamon as well.
If you have Type II Diabetes, or are borderline diabetic, certain types of cinnamon may help you regulate your blood sugar. Recent studies have shown that 1/2 teaspoon per day of water-soluble cinnamon, for at least 30 to 40 days, may have these benefits:
–Balances blood sugar levels.
–Lowers "bad" cholesterol.
–Regulates metabolism.
–All with no known side-effects!
Try a bottle for yourself. If you don't experience benefits after two months, return the empty bottle for a full refund. (Limit once per household.) The capsules are made from vegetables and no animal by-products were used.
